The primary focus of education is to provide the tools necessary for all learners to be able to solve real-world problems and guide learners to become independent, productive, life-long learners. Educational leadership strives for excellence and equity for everyone, everyday!

Values and Beliefs
As an educational leader, my core belief is that every child can learn. Based on my research and experiences, I know children learn differently from each other and they master objectives at different times in the school year.
- I value differentiated instructional strategies, enhanced curriculums, and programs that reach all learners.
- I value all educational settings; including the general education classroom, English Language, Special Education, Gifted and Talented, Early Childhood, and the visual and performing Arts.
- I believe in creating access for students to experience a variety of opportunities through technology.
- I believe in continuous learning for myself and for my staff through professional development and meaningful evaluations.
- I value a partnership with parents the community stakeholders; parents are a child's first teacher.

Strong administers must both be an efficient manager of resources and an effective leader of people. At the district level, they must think holistically and behave systematically, while at the same time, advocate for their building and programming needs.

- honest constructive feedback; praising effective teaching as well as suggesting ways to improve weaknesses
